2010 Results Posted
After over 40,000 votes and the generous help of this year's judges I happy to announce this year's winners. As always I learned a lot and have a long list of ideas to improve things for next year. What I am extremely happy about is how well the judging stage worked out.
I'll be posting details later on how to get this year's award graphics. For now, take a look at the results!

Results Today
I've had some technical issues getting the results back from judges which has delayed the results. I have most of the results back so I have started the result calculations. I should have the results posted later today around 9pm EST.

Judging List Now Sent
It took me a bit longer to create the judging list than expected, but all judges should have the list in their mailboxes. If you didn't receive it, please use the contact form on this page to let me know. It will ensure that I get your message and bypass any spam filters. The deadline for returning your votes is this Saturday the 22nd. I will tally the results and post them in the following few days.

Stage Two Voting Done, Judging Next
The public voting stage of the Bondage Awards is now officially over. Over the next week I will be compiling all of the votes (over 40,000!). A top 20 list will be compiled for each category and given to the judges. Once they place their votes, they will be weighted again the votes the public placed to decide the winners in each category. I expect this process to take two weeks. I know many of you are excited to see the results, so thank you in advance for being patient.
Regarding the judging, we have around 40 judges representing almost every category. They are models, riggers, webmaster/mistresses, photographers and business owners from the bondage industry and around the world. With such a large cross section of people I know we will get fair and accurate results.
Judges - I've sent out an initial email to you with some details on the process. If you have not received it, please check your spam filters. I can resend it if needed. Thank you again for your help!

Disqualifications
Over the past few days I have received a number of emails with information leading to the disqualification of a number of entries. If your nomination was one of them and you feel this is in error, please contact us. Note that I verify all claims first before taking any action. Please be sure to read our FAQ and Rules pages as the reason for disqualification will likely be detailed there.

Voting is Open!
I apologize again for the delay but glad I did. Thanks to all of you who sent in corrections to the nominations list. There were over 5600 nominations and while I try to research them all, some errors still slip through. Please don't hesitate to send in more if you find them. Good luck everyone and happy voting!

Voting Starting Today
I had hoped to start the voting at the stroke of midnight but the curse got me again! For the 3rd year in a row something catastrophic has happened to my computer in the middle of the awards. Everything has been rebuilt, but I have not finished processing all the nominations. They are almost there and you can preview the list HERE. Note that the names on this list may still change. If you feel you should be on the list please note the following before contacting us.
- Nominated name was too vague (ie: Sue or Joe).
- You didn't qualify for the category you were nominated in. (see 2010 Rules)
- You or your company is not Bondage related (ie: Latex Fetish Only)
- No work prior to this year. (see 2010 Rules)
If you met the conditions above and are sure you were nominated, please contact us. Be sure to include the categories you were nominated under, any aliases you work under and links for verification.

2010 Nominations Over
The nomination stage of this year's Bondage Awards is over. Over the next week I will be putting together the next stage of voting. I will be posting each category as it is finished. 2010 Bondage Awards Are Now Open!
Welcome to the third year of the Bondage Awards! This year brings a few exciting changes to share with all of you. The FAQ has more details for each one of the changes, but here are the highlights:
- Stage One is no longer a "voting" stage, but is now simply a nomination stage. This will help ensure everyone has a fair shot during the second stage.
- Judging has been added as a third stage of voting. A panel of volunteer judges will select from the top contestants and their votes will be combined with yours to determine this year's award recipients.
- Have an idea or suggestion to make the Bondage Awards better? We've added a
new discussion forum to let your voice be heard. The URL

Hooray! Banners!

For those of you who spend time on Twitter you've seen plenty of Q&A links from Formspring.me over the past few months. For those of you have never heard of it, it is a nifty service that lets anyone ask you questions. I thought it would be a great idea to setup for the awards so fire away, ask me anything. It can be (obviously) about the awards, suggestions or even questions about me. I look forward to answering them.
Don't forget, voting begins this Sunday so start thinking of who you will vote for!

Awards Delayed
Many of you have probably wondered where the banners and updates have been since the awards are scheduled to start tomorrow. Due to personal events in my life I have not had the time to devote to the awards and give it a proper start. There is no need to be concerned, things are better now and the awards will happen. I considered starting the awards on its normal schedule but felt that would be doing it a disservice. Bottom line, I feel if it can't be done properly it shouldn't be done.
So when is the awards going to start? April 4th, 2010. I apologize for any issues this may have caused for anyone but do feel it is in the best interest of the awards. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

PS - I will be responding to everyone's email this weekend. Thank you for the offers to judge, we can use as many as we can get. I will be accepting applications until a week before the final stage starts so don't think it is too late!
2010 Awards Start Soon
It's hard to believe that in only a month the awards will be starting up again! There are some exciting changes this year that I'm looking forward too. One of the largest is the addition of a 3rd stage with judges. We are still looking for (a lot) more judges so if you are interested in helping check out the forum for more information.There's a lot of work to do and first on my list is to update the banners for this year. Open Call for Judges
In less than 5 months voting will begin again for the 3rd annual Bondage Awards. It was mentioned recently that there would be changes to how the voting worked. The most significant change was the addition of a judging stage. (That's where you come in)
What are we looking for? We need people from all corners of the industry who are willing to cast a few votes across all categories during the final stage of the awards. It won't take much of your time and you will be doing a great service to the community. If it sounds like something you would be interested in please stop by the forum for more information.
